LandArt Dock – St Catherines

We transformed this dock in St Catharines into a fully enclosed outdoor living space by installing a custom engineered louvered roof with fully integrated retractable screens. The dock extends more than 30 feet over Lake Ontario, so every part of this structure had to be designed to exceed the wind load requirements on open water. We custom fabricated the entire system to mount around the existing boat lifts and dock layout, creating a seamless fit that looks like it was always meant to be there.

With a click of a button, the homeowner can open the louvers for full sunlight and open-air lake views, or close them to block wind, rain, and harsh sun. When the screens come down in the evening, the space becomes completely bug free and comfortable, especially with built-in heat and lighting. It feels like a private floating lounge with unbeatable views in every direction.
