Scott – Outdoor Room – Midland

This project features a fully custom combination roof — a louvered section for an open-sky view, paired with a polycarbonate section for filtered light and weather protection. To keep the home’s large peaked windows bright, we designed the polycarbonate portion to slope downward near the house, which allowed us to raise the louvered roof higher and preserve the customer’s view of the sky and stars.

The result is a bright, elevated outdoor screened room that feels open, tailored, and perfectly integrated with the home.
