Patrickson – Patio Cover – Toronto

Ruby came to us as a customer after seeing us at one of the spring home shows that we attended. She had a lot of special requests that allow us to integrate all the elements of our company’s offering including Polycarbonate roofing, vinyl 3 season windows, Retractable screening and a louvered roof. This project also added an extra element of construction expertise as it was installed on her second story patio.

Polycarbonate roofing was installed in the area close to the home to allow natural light into the space throughout the year while the Louver element allows her to control the light on bright sunny days. By installing 3 season vinyl windows around the space, the customer is able to really create a multi-season living space for the enjoyment of herself and guests. The full wall retractable screen adds the extra piece of wow factor to the room, as it when raised, it makes the space bright and open.

The customer couldn’t be happier with the finished product and enjoys the room every time she has the chance.
