Louvered Roof and Deck – Salt Lake City

This clients project was off to a hot start with getting the quote approved and a quick turn around to start building. There were a few moving piece with our Louvered Roof being built first, a deck but another company second and then integrating our screens into the railings and deck for a complete project. It has its challenges with a low water table in the areas and needing to make sure the footings were secure.

We also ran into the challenge of avoid and having to reroute some irrigation lines to make sure everything would function and line up. The backyards of the homes on their street where all very close to each other but when we added the screens to the Louver, it created a space that they were able to enjoy with the privacy, sun and weather protection they needed.
