Collver – Retractable Screens – Port Dover

We partnered with a contractor we’ve worked with for years who built the large peaked wood overhang. From there, we designed a fully custom louvered roof system that wraps around the structure and follows the exact profile of the home and curved patio. The long open spans were the main engineering challenge, but we built the system to carry those distances without adding extra posts, keeping the entire space wide open and unobstructed.

To complete the project, we installed motorized retractable screens using our heavy-mesh, snow-blocking material. With the click of a button, the homeowners can enclose a massive area for wind protection, bug control, and year-round comfort, even through winter conditions.

The final result is a seamless extension of the home that blends custom design, engineering, and all-season performance into one incredible outdoor living space.
