Motorized Screen Patio Cover – Phoenix

Suncoast Phoenix completed a five-screen motorized sun screen project in the Phoenix area. This job demanded unique planning since the screens had to be precisely mounted on both round posts and steel I-beams.

A key challenge was ensuring the screens created a fully enclosed, sealed space, effectively blocking out the intense Arizona sun and heat from every opening in the existing structure. Ultimately, the new screen room exceeded our client’s expectations, transforming their patio into a comfortable, cool, and highly livable extension of their Phoenix home—a perfect escape from the summer heat.
