Theilman Year Round Pool Enclosure

The Theilmans came to Rory with a unique design request; they wanted to enclose their outdoor pool area and make the space usable in the winter months. The other interesting element was to make the structure fit seamlessly into their modern Frank Loydd Wright inspired home. 2 spaces had to be covered; one side was enclosed using our polycarbonate roof to allow as much natural light into the pool area as possible while on
the other side our louvered roof was installed. The most obvious challenge for this build was the construction of the structure over an active pool. Both roof systems had to blend into the home in their own unique way to allow for the seamless look that always belonged there.

Both challenges were overcome, and the end result is a pool that can now be used yearround. This is mostly achieved by the fact that our Louvers are snow rated and can remain closed for the winter months creating a full winter barrier for the pool.
