This customer found us on Google. They received quotes from multiple contractors. During the 1st consultation the client leaned over the table and said with the straightest most serious face ever, “ look I don’t want a half ass patio”.  They ultimately liked the modern look as it complemented their mid-century custom updated home.  

They already had a massive cement patio with a built in water fall and fire pit. With this fully enclosed polycarbonate roof with retractable motorized screens. This addition to the backyard needs to be in a magazine.
