Marchel City – Savage

This upper level louvered roof project required working around existing structural elements such as a small 3rd floor deck.  We matched the existing trim color to the support beams and used a black contracting louver to create a cohesive outdoor space.   Motorized retractable screens allow for complete blocking of rain and wind while allowing for flexibility and privacy for the space.
