Jay – 3 Season Room – Texas

This customer already had an existing enclosed patio. They originally went with a wood frame and screen on the windows. However after 2 Texas summers the wood looked 10 years old and the screen was beginning to sag.

They liked the 3-season option with its clean and contemporary approach to match with their current structure. We added the windows and also a vinyl retractable for the bbq area to let the smoke out while grilling.  A cedar wall was also added to allow for a mini split to have an all year enclosed patio solution. After seeing our design with the louvers they also decided to add a louvered roof to their structure. The custom louver was installed with lights and a fan and finally finished off with the retractable screens to complete the build.  

Now they can entertain  twice as many people as before and have peace of mind with the longevity of the product for years to come.
