Dickens – Louvered Roof – Texas

Being brand new to Texas and experiencing the intense sun and heat for the first time, the customer needed some shade beside the pool. After reviewing multiple louver companies they needed proof that we could deliver a quality product at a competitive price. At Suncoast Enclosures Texas, we are lucky enough to have some real life customers with real life louver covers. With the help of a few of them being open to and offering up their home and backyard, we did a site visit with the new customer.

They liked the customizations Suncoast Enclosures offers and the fact that we not only manufacture the product but do the install and service as well. After seeing the other projects they felt comfortable moving forward with Suncoast Enclosures.

During the build we had some electrical hurdles with the city and had to pivot our approach to the build. By working with the customer and city we found some viable solutions and they absolutely love their new louvered roof patio cover.
