Craft Beer Market – Toronto

Craft Beer Market came to us with a special project located on a busy downtown Toronto Neighbourhood corner to create an inviting and bright enclosed patio that would allow them to increase their seating limits. This project displayed a few elements of concern that required special work arounds to give the customer the finished project that they envisioned, First was the limited space for working as the city required setbacks and
heights that proved challenging with other trades also working on the exterior of the building. The second was working around and with their HVAC and Electrical needs as we had to find solutions which allowed these elements to enter the space while not compromising the structure and allow for the openness of the space to be realized.

The Polycarbonate roof allows for privacy for the dining guests from the upstairs apartments while still allowing for as much natural light as possible to enter the space to create a bright dining environment. Retractable Vinyl Walls landing on Knee walls allow for extra bench seating throughout the space while still achieving a light open space and the integration of glass block wall adds an extra element of flare to the room.

The finished product is much enjoyed by the customer and is complemented often by dining guests and the general neighbourhood residents.
